Job Purpose

We are looking for Pitchman / Sales demonstrators to sell Cookware or Cutlery in Costco warehouses to inform potential customers of the benefits of the product and answer any questions they may have.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up demo area the night before show starts
• Engage with customers and be friendly
• Perform demo on the product as trained
• Be friendly, kind, have fun and provide excellent customer service
• Keep all the standards Costco requires of us
• Fill out all proper paperwork work required for each show along with proper inventory counts of product

Qualifications

Qualifications include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Self-Motivated
• Responsible
• Excels in customer service and care
• Great communication skills
• No prior experience needed
• Love to make good money and have fun doing it

Working Conditions

Events / Shows are typically 10 to 11 days.

Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Top performing reps make 4k to 6k in 10 days

You can be full time working shows or Part time and just work shows as you would like.

Compensation Plan

Sales Hourly Pay $15 - $17 plus bonus

Sales 0-10k   Bonus = 0

Sales 10k - 18k  Bonus = 3% of sales

Sales 18k - 30k  Bonus = 6% of sales

Sales 30k +  Bonus = 10% of sales

The average rep will do 18k a show. We want above average reps and if that is you want to talk with you.
